Sam Uittenbogaart (1985), S.A.M. Social Arts & Music, is a creative entrepreneur and a talent in creating inclusive programs in the fields of performing arts and talent development with an expertise in Urban Arts. In addition, she is very skilled in presenting, moderating and hosting within this scene.

In 2018, Sam started the House of Knowledge foundation together with partner Tasha Slagtand to help professionalize the careers of young artists. In her daily work, S.A.M. is committed to an inclusive cultural policy, she works to improve the creative climate nationally and she is a committee member at the Municipality of Rotterdam in the field of Performing Arts, Talent Development and Festivals.

In 2023, she will join the board of the newly developed cultural center 'Casa Cadanza' within her own municipality of Lansingerland, which will open its doors at the end of 2025 in Berkel en Rodenrijs.
